Project Description
The City of Hoquiam is the host organization in partnership with the Hoquiam School District, YMCA of Grays Harbor, Polson Museum, and Harbor After School encompassing the Hoquiam, Aberdeen, and Elma School Districts.  Members will provide assistance to academically struggling students in the county, primarily in after-school programs.  Citizenship and community development components of the program include an awareness of public safety, health and human needs, environmental beautification, emergency preparedness, as well as promoting community pride.  Members will serve as role models by modeling commitment, perseverance, respect, citizenship, volunteerism, and responsibility.
