Stuck in a maze?Who am I? Sometimes we don't know ourselves nearly as well as we think we do. The following assessments and inventories provide you with the opportunity to discover more about your employment readiness, reveal hidden talents, and match your skills and personality traits to types of work. If you aren't quite sure which way to go on your job hunt, or are stuck in a maze that seems to be all dead ends, maybe it's time to take a look at yourself, and see which road you really want to take.

The Keirsey Character Sorter - Designed to identify different personality types and the type of work best suited to each. It is similar to other tests such as the Myers-Briggs, the Singer-Loomis, and the Gray-Wheelright. The questionnaire identifies four temperament types: Guardian, Artisan, Idealist, and Rational.

Employment Search Readiness Inventory - This is your opportunity to discover if you are doing all that you can to find a good job or earn a promotion in your current position. Employment search readiness refers to those actions that each of us should be taking in order to maximize our chances of "getting ahead" or taking advantage of new opportunities.
