GUIDE (General Unemployment Insurance Development Effort) is the automated system where UI claim records are processed and stored. These records include information such as:

• Claimant’s name, address, telephone number, date of birth, etc.
• Starting and ending dates of each Washington UI claim for the past three years.
• Monetary entitlement: the weekly benefit amount and maximum benefits payable on each claim.
• Claimant’s employment history since the beginning of the base year of each claim.
• Payments made on each claim.
• Nonmonetary eligibility issues that have been identified and/or resolved.
• Any overpayment records.
• Amount of benefits charged to each base year employer’s account for each claim.
