The Weekly Claims Line internet service uses an electronic form that makes use
of text boxes and buttons. Below are examples of these input fields.
Text Fields:
Text boxes capture input from your keyboard. Many questions on the application will
require you to fill in a text box.
Pass your mouse cursor OVER the text box. It will change to an
"
".
When you click inside the box, a blinking "input" cursor appears and
you can type in the field.
Buttons and Boxes:
You will see buttons (known as "radio buttons") and boxes on the form. The
radio buttons will give you a choice between two or more items, and you will
be able to select only one of them. Generally, these are questions that require
a "yes-no" answer. Use your mouse to select or "click" the radio button for
your response.
