IMPORTANT -- Please read the following information before starting: |

Filing Your Weekly Claim:
- The weekly claim option is available between 12:01 a.m. Sunday through 5:00 p.m. on
the last working day of the week This is usually Friday, except for state holidays that happen to fall on a Friday.
- Any weekly claim completed after 5:00 p.m. will not process until the next day.
- Watch for instructions to call your Unemployment Claims TeleCenter! You may be asked to call
the TeleCenter to answer additional questions after you have filed your weekly claim. If you fail to
call when instructed, the processing of your weekly claim will be delayed.
- You must continue through all the questions to complete your weekly claim over the Internet.

If this page does not display at the end of your claiming process, the claim was not accepted and you will have to start over.

Reopening Your Existing Claim or Filing an Address/Telephone Number Change:
- Address/telephone change and reopen options are available between 12:01 a.m. Sunday through
11:59 p.m. the day before the last working day of the week (usually Thursday unless a
state holiday falls on a Friday).
- Address/telephone changes may take up to 48 hours to process. If you want to change your
address immediately, contact your Unemployment Claims TeleCenter.
Accessing Payment Information:
Payment information is provided for the past four weeks. Information includes the week ending dates
of the weeks claimed, when the check was processed, the amount paid, and the remaining balance.
Instructions for tracing a missing payment are also available.
Obtaining Overpayment Information:
Available overpayment information includes the overpayment balance, when the last payment was
received, when it was due, and where to mail the payment. Pending overpayment information is
also provided along with the telephone number of the Benefit Payment Control Unit.
Getting IRS 1099-G Information:
IRS 1099-G information includes the total amount you received in benefits for the previous year
and the amount withheld for your Federal income tax. This information is available each year
from January through April.
TIPS: Things you MUST KNOW when using this service:

You will not be able to use your "BACK" arrow button. If the "BACK"
arrow button is used, you will see a message saying "Sorry, your previous input has already
been processed. You cannot back up the application." This application will not
allow you to back up and change your answers. If you do need to change one of your
answers, you will need to disconnect from the application and start over.
- Be prepared to quickly answer all questions. You have 30 seconds
to answer each question. If you don’t answer each question promptly, you will be
disconnected and will have to start over.
- If you need to stop in the middle of your claim and start over, you must disconnect using the
link at the bottom of the page ("To end immediately and return to GO2UI.com, click here").
If you disconnect by any other method, you will have to wait at least 10 minutes to reconnect,
due to the way our application handles secure sessions.
- Don’t go to another Internet site while using this service. You will be
disconnected if you go to another Internet site while using the Weekly Claims Line.
If you are disconnected, the information you entered is lost and you will have to start over.
- If you are disconnected before you finish your transaction, you will need to start over from
the beginning. When you are disconnected, the information you entered is lost and you
will have to start over.

compensation is private data and cannot be released
except when authorized by state or federal law, or by a court order, or with your permission.

The information you or your employer(s) provide may be used for any Washington State
Employment Security Department business.
It may be shared with other state or federal agencies that determine your eligibility for
Medicaid, Food Stamps, Social Security, or other state or federal benefits and programs. It may also
be shared with the US Internal Revenue Service and the state Department of Social and Health
Services Office of Child Support, as required by federal law.
