Training Academy Registration Information

ESD staff members now register for all Training Academy training through E-Train. Please make sure you have your supervisor’s consent.

Find classes through the Training Calendar

You can browse the Training Calendar for the desired class. Click on the class and then click on “Register.” Each class listing in the Training Calendar includes a link to the applicable E-Train registration page.

Find classes through E-train

There are three ways to search for a class within E-Train:

• On the HOME screen, sort by clicking on the text “Course Title” which will then display courses alphabetically.

• On the CLASS screen, sort by clicking on the text “Course Title” which will then display courses alphabetically.

• On the CLASS screen, type key words for the desired class in the search box and click on “Search.”

Cancel a class

• If it is before the cancellation deadline (usually two weeks prior to the first day of the class), you cancel through E-Train.

• If it is after the cancellation deadline, contact the Training Academy at: ESDGPECDDTA@esd.wa.gov.
