This short guide will show you how to add a row within a cell of an Excel spreadsheet. Learn the correct keystroke combination to make this happen.

1.) Here is an example of what you will learn to do with just a couple of quick keystrokes. Notice how there are 3 rows in a single cell.
2.) The first step is to open up an Excel spreadsheet. Choose the cell that you wish to add text to and then type your first line of text.
3.) At the end of the first line of text press the "Alt" key and the "Enter" key simultaneously to create a new row.

4.) Type your next line of text and enter the keystroke combination again if you wish to add another row.

5.) This is what the final outcome looks like. I've created multiple rows within a single cell.
