Disability Services Training: "At Your Service - Welcoming Customers with Disabilities"

This free self-paced web course, developed by the ADA National Network, is for people interested in discovering best practices for working with customers who have disabilities. ESD is using this course to satisfy the biennial (every two years) training requirement for Disability Specialists without requiring staff to travel.

The course offers a pre-test designed to let users assess their knowledge of applicable regulations and best practices for serving customers with disabilities in WorkSource offices. There are 15 short modules and multiple choice post-tests at the end of each module that enable staff to check and apply what they’ve learned.Staff can take the course all at once or as time is available.

To register for this course, clicking on the link under the Cost and Registration section. Once you have registered, bookmark the page and begin training. Once you have completed all the course modules, click on the link to complete the post test. Print and scan your post test results and email them to ESD GP WCDD Technical Support and Training to obtain credit for the course in LMS.
