Things to know when you call the Help Desk What screen/form/ tab is causing the problem Job Seeker, Employer, or Provider name Job Seeker SSN (if appropriate) What is the Oracle message, if any (for more information, put cursor on the Help tab and select Display Error) If the system has locked up, what were you trying to do when it happened, (for example, registering a job seeker, entering employment information, assessment, etc.) If information didn't pre-fill or save, what were you doing on which screen/form/tab when it happened Is the problem with only one computer, or many, (how many) Which url are you using to access SKIES (the Help Desk can help you find this if you don't know)
