MAINTAIN JOB ORDERS INTRODUCTION
This document is a “how to” desk aid to compliment the SKIES System. It is not intended for use as a complete guide. For specific instructions, refer to the User Guide or for more information refer to Policy & Procedure Number 4002.

Job Order Description Tab

  • Select the Employer.

  • Click > Employer on the Menu Bar.

  • Click > Job Orders.

  • The Summary screen displays. Click to select the desired Job Order.

Copy the Job Order

How: On the Description screen, click > Copy button. Copy means replicate. Review and update data fields as appropriate on all Job Order screens. Save.

When: When creating a new Job Order for the same Employer.

Print Job Order

How: On the Description screen, click > Print Job Order button. A message asks if you want to include or exclude Employer and Contact information.

  • Click > Yes, when you intend to provide Employer details, contact information, and referral instructions to a Job Seeker.

  • Click > when you do not want the above information included on the print.

When: Primarily used for referral instructions.

Void Job Order

How: Click > Void Job Order button.

When: A Job Order can be voided, including all of the referrals the same day the order was created, provided there is no hire data.

Job Order Review

How: Click > Reports on the Menu Bar.

  • Query Type, click > Employer.

  • Query > Job Orders with a Review Date.

When: To alert Staff of dates relating to the Job Order availability.
