FIND EMPLOYER RECORDS INTRODUCTION
This document is a “how to” desk aid to compliment the SKIES System. It is not intended for use as a complete guide. For specific instructions, refer to the User Guide.

To find an existing Employer, use Employer Locate (Select) or Binoculars.

Employer / Locate (Select)

  • On the Menu Bar, click > Employer > Select or click > Employer button.
  • Enter the Employer Name or other search criteria. Click > Execute Query.
  • Click > Select for the desired Employer on the list.
  • The Employer > Profile of the selected Employer displays.

TIPS

  1. To use the ‘wild card’ – enter the first 3 letters of the Employer Name or other search criteria and % sign (wild card). Click > Execute Query. Click to select the desired Employer.
  2. Add, change, or delete criteria to retrieve greater or fewer returns.
  3. Click > Display button to hide or display Employer information.

Binoculars Search

  • Click > Binoculars Icon on the Tool Bar.
  • Click Employer/Provider button.
  • Select a WDA, Office or Staff Name (auto-fills with the Name of the person logged into SKIES).
  • Status - click to select Inactive or Both. Defaults to Active.
  • Enter Employer Name or other search criteria.
  • Click > Execute Query.
  • Click > Select Employer for the desired Employer on the list.

TIPS
