Program Enrollment Start Date between (mm/dd/yyyy) and (mm/dd/yyyy)

§         Date Range corresponds to the Enrollment Start Date entered on the Job Seeker/Seeker Programs Section, for a selected Program Type. The date range can not be greater than 90 days.

Office

§         Defaults to the Office the user logs into when accessing SKIES. If the user has “Supervise Others? – Yes” on their SKIES Access Profile, they can select any office from the drop-down menu.

§         The query will look at the Staff Office recorded on the Seeker Programs screen for the selected Program Type.

Staff

§         Corresponds to the Staff Assigned on the Seeker Programs screen for the selected Program Type.

Program Type

§         Corresponds to the Program Type assigned on the Seeker Programs screen.

Plan Service Start Date between (mm/dd/yyyy) and (mm/dd/yyyy)

  •       Date Range corresponds to the Actual Start Date of the Services attached to a Provider listed on “Open” Employment Plans and Work Readiness Plans. The date range can not be greater than 90 days.

Office

  • Defaults to the Office the user logs into when accessing SKIES. If the user has “Supervise Others? – Yes” on their SKIES Access Profile, they can select any office from the drop-down menu.

  • The query will look at the Staff Office of the Staff Assigned recorded on the Services tab of the Employment Plan and/or Work Readiness Plan.

Seeker CORE/Basic Record Intake Date between (mm/dd/yyyy) and (mm/dd/yyyy)

  • Date Range corresponds to the Intake Date entered on the Job Seeker/Core Services/Basic/General tab for the Job Seeker Records created by the ACES/Workfirst, GUIDE/UI Claimant or WorkSource Website interfaces. The date range can not be greater than 90 days.

Auto Registration Type

  • Corresponds to Job Seeker records created by one of three automatic registration processes in SKIES.

  • Select from ACES/Workfirst, GUIDE/UI Claimant or WorkSource Website.

  • The Query will default to the Job Seeker records assigned to the Office of the user logged into SKIES.

Appointment Date Between (mm/dd/yyyy) and (mm/dd/yyyy)

  • The results of the query list all the Job Seekers assigned to a selected Office with a “No Show” marked on their Individual Call In record for CPP Call In within a specified Appointment Date range. The appointment date can not go back further than 90 days.

Office

  • The Office defaults to the office of the user logged into SKIES. If the user has a SKIES User Access Profile indicating “Supervise Others? Yes” they have the ability to select an Office other than the one they are assigned to.

Employer By Status and/or NAICS

  • Correlates to the Employer Status, Office, Staff Assigned and NAICS recorded on the Employer Information / Profile screen.

City – State - Zip Code – County

  • Correlates to the City, State, Zip Code and County of the mailing address recorded on the Employer Information / Profile screen.

  •  Correlates to the Action Date of Notes entered for an Employer within a specified date range. The date range can not be greater than 90 days.

Office – Staff

  • Office correlates to the Office of the Staff person who entered the Note with an Action Date.

  • Staff correlates to the Staff person who entered the Note with an Action Date.

Employer

  • Specific Employer records can be queried by selecting the Employer Name from the drop-down menu.

Standard Job Order Report For

  • The results of the query list all the Job Orders assigned to a specified office with a Fully Referred status or with no referrals. The Office listed defaults to office assigned to the user logged into SKIES

Note: Two incidents have been identified (Track Record 81 and 90) regarding the need to separate this query into two different queries. The incident is still in the “testing” phase, thus the query is still showing as one at this time. Do keep in mind that it will show as two separate queries in the near future. The functionality of the query will remain the same.
