WorkSource Management Information System (WSMIS) reports are found in SKIES under Reports/WISMIS. Information regarding each report is available by selecting the individual report through the “Report Detail” tab.

The online queries pull real time data from the application. They are found in SKIES under Reports/Case Management. For additional information please see the Case Management Reports section in the SKIES Staff User Manual.

These canned reports are refreshed nightly.  They are found in SKIES under Reports/Management. For additional information please see the Management Reports section in the SKIES Staff User Manual.

These reports are real time data.  These reports show incorrect data, based on program enrollment. Some examples for displaying an error are 1) an activity date before enrollment in the program; or 2) program enrollment with no activity; or 3) a program enrollment with no qualifying services.  Currently WIA and TAA utilize these reports.  You must have the Quality Control Role in SKIES in order to access these reports.

The WIA Management reports do not count WIA records as "Enrolled" or "Exited" if the Services attached to the record start before the Enrollment Start Date. Currently the SKIES Application does not prevent users from entering Services that start before an enrollment.

‘Youth School Status Discrepancy’
This report identifies the most common participation record errors where the school status at WIA program participation incorrectly matches Employment Plan Actual Outcomes;
     OR
Participant records where the School Type and Highest Grade Completed are contradictory.

‘Verify Age at Program Enrollment’
This report identifies the most common participant record errors where staff enters a participant’s age incorrectly at Program Enrollment.

‘Paid Activities with no Actual Start Date’
This report is specific to the TAA program for records where there is a participant record displaying a paid activity that does not have an actual start date.
