What could be better than finding a new job?
WorkFirst Career Services for Former TANF Recipients
An extra $650.00 for working! It’s true. If you have successfully completed the WorkFirst program (and are working at least 30 hours a week), you may be able to receive up to $650.00 and valuable services while you are adjusting to your new job. Are you scheduled for an Orientation?
If you are scheduled for a Mandatory Job Hunter Orientation and have questions about rescheduling, please call 425-861-3759. You will need to leave a message, which will be returned within 24 hours.

Resource Room
Our state-of-the-art Resource Room will give you access to today's tools to design an award winning résumé.

CT Choices, ORCA & Job Analyzer
Programs that help identify skills, abilities, interests and values. They will help job seekers discover their known, hidden or dependable strengths, enhancing their reemployment plan.

Services
Complimentary local telephone, fax and TTY calls, limited use of copiers and printers for job search activities, and community resource information such as public transportation, childcare assistance, food banks, etc.

Résumé Software
Access to Microsoft Word and WinWay résumé software. WinWay walks you through the process of creating your first résumé, updating a résumé or making an online résumé that you can email to potential employers. There's also a section for Cover Letters.

Computers
Our computers are loaded with the latest résumé and career software that gives you the edge on the latest skills, occupational trends and wages in your chosen career field. We have high speed network connections for the Internet and also provide auxiliary accommodations/aids for the disabled.

Workshops and Classes
Workshops and Classes are available in many job search and related topics at WorkSource Redmond. If you think you could use some assistance and information on the latest techniques concerning your job search, networking with employers, salary trends, or with your résumé, come to one of our career workshops.

Unemployment Insurance

We are able to provide employers space for testing, interviewing, or screening.  We can take all applications and resumes at our office and forward them to you. Some of the benefits include:
