Instructions for installing STI on your
computer: First, download the file below to your computer. You may download the files into any directory or subdirectory of your choice. However, it is strongly recommended that you create a subdirectory called STI and download the file into that directory. Second, at the DOS prompt and while in the subdirectory where INSTLSTI.EXE is located, type INSTLSTI and hit ENTER. The executable program will load the needed files into the directory. Third, type STI and press ENTER. The State Training Inventory program begins. This software is DOS based and you need to be in DOS to start the program.
