Contact the Help Desk by clicking on "Contact Us" in the blue bar at the top of any page.

To contact the Go2WorkSource Help Desk by telephone, call (360) 407-1389 during business hours (Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM except holidays).

To contact the Help Desk by e-mail, fill out the Feedback Form by clicking on the Feedback Form link on the Contact Us page and follow the instructions below:

  • Under "What kind of comment would you like to send?" select the comment type that best matches your question/comment. If none of the options match your question/comment, select Other and describe your question or comment in the text field.
  • If you wish to be contacted, please check the box under Contact Me.
  • When you select to be contacted, please provide one or more contact methods under "If you need a response, tell us how to contact you."
  • Click on the "Submit Feedback" button.
