There are two ways to contact the WorkSource Help Desk.

By telephone: This option is available during business hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Please call (360) 438-4123.

By using the Feedback Form: The Feedback Form is available to you at all times, please keep in mind that a response may take 1-3 days. To complete the Feedback Form, please follow these instructions:

bullet Close this window then click the Contact Us link, located in the blue menu bar at the top of the page.
bullet Click the Feedback Form
bullet Under “What kind of comment would you like to send?” select the Comment Type that best matches your question/comment. If none of the options matches your question/comment, select “Other” and enter your comment or question into the space provided.
bullet If you wish us to contact you in response, please check the box under “Contact Me”.
bullet Click on the Submit Feedback button.
