This article
describes the Summary Statement of your Résumé or application. The Summary Statement is a brief statement you create to introduce your Résumé or application to a registered employer viewing your Résumé through a Résumé Search. It should be brief but informative designed to catch the eye of the employer viewing pages of job seeker Summary Statements. Reading the Summary Statement, the employer will decide to click in to the Résumé or not. An example of a Summary Statement is “ 10 years experience as a registered nurse in a 200+ bed hosp”. Including spaces the Summary Statement is limited to 80 characters. |
