You forgot your Password
If you do not remember your password, click the "Forget your password?" link, enter your User ID and click the "Recover Password" button to have your password sent to your e-mail address.
Your Cookies are Disabled
Go2WorkSource uses a session cookie to keep track of what you do while logged in. This session cookie is harmless because it is automatically erased when you close your Web browser and it does not identify you or collect any information from your computer. Some websites use persistent cookies that are stored on your hard drive until they expire and are used to collect identifying information about you such as Web surfing behavior or your preferences for a specific website. Go2WorkSource does not use persistent cookies.
Your Web browser can be configured to allow or block cookies. If your browser is configured to block session cookies, you will not be able to log in to your account. Here is what will happen: After entering your UserID and password, and clicking on "Job Seeker Log In", you will see this error message: You must be logged in to use this feature".
This can usually be fixed by changing your Web browser settings to allow cookies. For instructions on how to change your cookie settings, see How do I Enable Cookies. This page will tell you if your cookies are disabled in the upper left corner under "About your browser".
You are on the wrong Login Page
Go2WorkSource has two login pages, one for job seekers at Go2WorkSource.com, and one for employers at Go2WorkSource.biz. Employers use an e-mail address to log in and Job seekers use a Used ID. If you are trying to log in as a job seeker and the Log In page is asking for an e-mail address and password, you are on the wrong login page. Try going to the Employer Log In page and log in with your User ID and password.
