Quick Job Search

This article describes how you can find jobs using the Quick Search.

  1. Under Select A Location, select the area(s) you are willing to work. This will help narrow down your search.
  2. Under All Occupations, select the occupational category that best reflects on what you are looking for.
  3. If you prefer a Part Time, Entry Level and/or Short Term job check the box(s).
  4. Check "Veterans Preference Only" if you want your search results to include only jobs for which the employer gives preference to veterans in employment decisions.
  5. Under Keywords (optional), fill in text that specifically reflects the job you are looking for (Example: Web Design). This will help narrow down your search. You may specify how the keyword is searched by selecting ALL words, ANY words, or As a PHRASE.

  7. Click the Search for Jobs button. You will be redirected to the search results.
If you are not satisfied with the results produced by the Quick Job Search, then try the Advanced Job Search which offers more options to help out your job search.
