This article describes how to use “Advanced Search” to find job candidates.
  1. Click the Advanced Search tab in your WorkSource account.
  2. Select the appropriate worksite Location and Job Type for the job you wish to fill.
  3. Enter one or more Keywords to narrow your search.  This is optional.
  4. Select the Number of Results you wish to have displayed on your screen, and indicate whether you wish to have results sorted by Date or Relevance.  This is optional.
  5. Click Search Résumés to view Résumés that match your search criteria.
