This article describes how to
Copy an open job or Re-Open a closed job.
Copy an Open Job
You can copy an open job to create a new open
job listing with a new WorkSource job number:
- If you
are a registered employer, log in to
your employer account on the
Employer home page. If you are not registered,
click on the "Register" button to
set up an employer account.
- From the
Post/Manage
Jobs
tab, find the open job you wish to copy on the list.
- Click on the job title to display the
job detail page.
- Then click the Copy as New Job
button at the top of the page to display the edit job page.
- Make any needed changes, click the
Preview button, then click Submit this Job to WorkSource at
the bottom of the preview page.
Re-open a Closed Job
You can re-open a closed job to create a new open job
listing
with a new WorkSource job number:
- If you
are a registered employer, log in to
your employer account on the
Employer home page. If you are not registered,
click on the "Register" button to
set up an employer account.
- From the
Post/Manage
Jobs
tab, find the closed job you wish to re-open on the list.
- Click on the job title to display the
job detail page.
- Then click the Re-Open as New Job
button at the top of the page to display the edit job page.
- Make any needed changes, click the
Preview button, then click Submit this Job to WorkSource at
the bottom of the preview page.
