About Your BrowserEnabling CookiesIf the Prospects Folder or Login functions aren't working, or if you keep getting a message about a cookie, or if your computer is timing out, this can usually be fixed by enabling cookies. A cookie is a small piece of information that is stored on your computer. WorkSource Washington uses cookies to store your saved search results and a randomly generated session identifier. These cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, can only be read by our server, and are deleted at the end of your browser session. Visit EnableCookies.org to learn how to enable cookies (turning cookies on) in various browsers. Enabling JavaScriptMany of the features of the WorkSource site require JavaScript. If the Prospects Folder isn't working, if you click a button and nothing happens, or another function fails without generating an error, this may be because JavaScript is unsupported or disabled. Visit ActivateJavascript.org enable Javascript in various browsers. Clearing CacheIf you are working on a public computer, it is recommended that you clear the computer's cache after every session. Clearing Cache will remove any confidential information left on the computer. Once the cache is cleared, others with access to the computer can't look at files you've accessed. This extra step will help keep your information private. Visit WikiHow to learn how to clear your browser's cache.
