If the Prospects Folder or Login functions aren't working, or if you keep getting a message about a cookie, or if your computer is timing out, this can usually be fixed by enabling cookies.

If you are working on a public computer, it is recommended that you clear the computer's cache after every session. Clearing Cache will remove any confidential information left on the computer. Once the cache is cleared, others with access to the computer can't look at files you've accessed. This extra step will help keep your information private.
