Workforce & Career Development (WCD) division's monthly technical assistance bulletin, first published in May 2011, is made available to Workforce Development Councils and partners near the end of each month via e-mail. Each issue contains articles, links, and updates related to resources and opportunities currently available opportunities through the WCD, including upcoming events and forums, and information about new administrative guidelines. LegSession 2013 Newsletter

WCD's newest publication, LegSession 2013, will be produced each week while the State Legislature is in session. The goal is to provide a simple way of updating Washington's WorkSource system about bills, hearings and other events with a potential impact to WDCs and ESD in relation to the administration of WIA.
