Common Measures Policy (11/21/06)
The Common Measures Policy provides state policy guidance on Washington State's implementation of common measures relating to Workforce Investment Act (WIA, Wagner-Peyser (W-P), Veterans Employment and Training Service (VETS); Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA); and WorkFirst-Employment Services (WF) programs.
 
Chart of Statewide Services (11/21/06)
The Final "Chart of Statewide Services" lists and defines state level "qualifying" SKIES services and the relationship to Common Measure concepts such as Services Participants, Performance Participants and Exits.

Common Measures Tutorial
This common measures tutorial on the WorkForce Tools website includes detailed descriptions of the changes to WIA measures for adult and dislocated worker programs that are taking effect on July 1, 2005 as part of the transition to Common Measures. There is a common measures tutorial on the WorkForce Tools website under Professional Development, On-Line Training for “Transitioning to the Common Measures for Adults and Dislocated Workers".
