Forecast Description

The Total Duplicated Foster Care caseload is the sum of children whose foster parents receive payment through each of the Foster Care programs (Foster Family Homes, Behavioral Rehabilitative Services, and Receiving Homes). The Foster Care program provides services to children who need temporary out-of-home placement due to child abuse, neglect or family conflict.  Children funded under more than one program area will be counted once for each area, resulting in a "duplicated" count.
