Forecast Description

The Behavioral Rehabilitative Services caseload is the count of children receiving specialized Behavioral Rehabilitative services.  Behavioral Rehabilitative Services are intended for children with emotional and/or behavioral difficulties with needs exceeding the service or supervision capacity of regular foster care.
