Forecast Description

The Medicaid Personal Care - Adults - Adult Family Home (AFH) are residential homes in which a person or persons provide personal care, special care, room, and board to more than one but not more than six developmentally disabled adults who are not related by blood or marriage to the person or persons providing the services. Clients are those who cannot live alone but do not need skilled nursing care. (WAC 388-76)
